For marinas, Docked can be installed as you buildout new slips or replace existing slips. Docked is much less expensive than building or replacing traditional slips (time and materials). Docked can also increase utilization of your main dock space - Docked takes less space than traditional wood dock slips and therefore can increase your main dock utilization by 25% on average (average slip width 10’ – 12’ and 4’ – 6’ dock in between slips (16’ vs. 12’ for Docked (10.5’ for unit + 1.5’ in between each unit)).
